Multiple upload
#1
Hi,

Is it possible with the Pro version to transfer several photos by batch, or is it necessary to transfer them one by one.

Best Regards

Yes there is a bulk uploader built in.

Does the bulk option support simply pointing it to a directory full of images?

That feature no. On the frontend you can select multiple files with the bulk uploader at a single time.

But we have another import from directory feature in the admin area.

My issue is that I have moved from vbulletin to mybb and I had a photopost vbgallery. I realize there is no converter but I was hoping to somehow just scan that directory to upload those images somehow. I have no coding experience. The issue would be that all of the thumbnails would also be included.

I will be purchasing a pro license. I was just hoping to get my images loaded fast. It would be extremely frustrating to use a form to upload all of my images. With 800 images, can you imagine? Would that be the case?

It should be able to with either the Import pictures link next to each category.
Or the Batch Add Feature in the admin area to import. So it can handle.

Photopost just died out which was sad.

Thanks for the info!

Yeah definitely sad and unexpected.

Just purchased the eazyGallery License and downloaded. Will install tomorrow.

Hope you can find time to update that mybb menu plugin. Nothing happens when you edit the links.
